You can go with a great natural stone countertop, but you do want to make sure that you go with one that doesn't have a lot of ridges in it that are going to make it hard for you to clean it. You can also go with a nice smooth granite bathroom countertop that can still go great with your stone theme, but will be simple to wipe down and keep sanitary and looking great.
